How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Wednesday, March 19th to Wednesday, April 2nd at midnight.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk or with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on April 2nd, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement together with the order number of your order from this store.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically are received 5 to 6 weeks after the pop-up shop closes. If you select to have the order shipped to your individual home address, it will deliver towards the end of May.

What if my t-shirt and/or hooded sweatshirt doesn’t fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These are made to order, so please check the sizing guide for each item in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Please double check your orders before placing them. Email uwmathmerch@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your order can be changed. Once the store closes, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
